Volunteer with EMBRACE
Build community across the Carolinas — one shift at a time.
Four ways your time matters
EMBRACE All Latino Voices advances the well-being and inclusion of Latino families across the Carolinas through four programmatic pillars. Volunteer time directly supports each one.
Social Navigation
Case management, referrals, peer support — meeting families where they are.
Health Access
Screenings, maternal & infant health, mental-health navigation.
Business Development
Financial education, entrepreneurship, first-time homebuyer support.
Cultural Identity Recognition
Community events, cultural engagement, identity-affirming programming.
One-time opportunities
Short-term volunteer opportunity connected to a specific event or date.

Voices from our volunteers
“Two Friends with Big Hearts! EMBRACE ALL LATINO VOICES would like to recognize Rani Patel for her beautiful work, kindness, and partnership with our community. Rani may be young, but she carries a huge heart. Every time she attends our events, she brings warmth, joy, and a welcoming spirit that makes people feel seen and valued. Her smile, positive energy, and willingness to serve are a true reflection of what community means. We are grateful for her presence, her generosity, and the way she helps create a space where families feel respected, supported, and embraced. Thank you, Rani, for being a bright example of service, compassion, and love in action. Your partnership means so much to EMBRACE and to the community we serve.”

“They are Young and Strong! From her very first month with EMBRACE, Raya showed up — attending "Tu Comunidad Tus Recursos," the Volunteer Breakfast, and the Spring Festival, logging 9 hours across 3 events while serving our community in both English and Spanish. She has already stepped forward to offer her artistic skills to help create flyers that spread the word about future events, channeling her love of artwork into a direct way to strengthen Cultural Identity Recognition and help more families find the resources they need. In just one month, Raya's consistency and creativity remind us that partnership and connection emerge one genuine contribution at a time. Thank you, Raya Patel — gracias — obrigado.”
